Encounter God, Live With Purpose

Welcome To Our
Youth Ministry
Serving the parishes of St. Denis, Holy Family, and Immaculate Conception

Youth years can be exciting, challenging, and sometimes overwhelming — but you don’t have to walk it alone.

Our ministry is a place where you can belong, grow, and deepen your relationship with God alongside other students who are on the same journey. Through the Holy Spirit, we build real friendships, experience powerful encounters with Christ, and learn how to live our faith confidently every day.

Rooted in Catholic teaching, we offer faith talks, worship nights, small group discussions, prayer, service projects, and fun social events — all designed to help you build a strong spiritual foundation and discover your God-given purpose.

If you’re ready to move beyond just knowing about your faith and start living it in your everyday life — this is for you.

Come grow in faith, friendship, and purpose with us!

“Known. Chosen. Sent.” is a Catholic youth ministry program designed to help young people discover their true identity through a relationship with Jesus Christ.

Grounded in the Church’s vision for youth ministry, it focuses on forming disciples, fostering spiritual growth, and encouraging active participation in parish life.

Through scripture, prayer, and community engagement, the program equips youth to know their true identity, enabling them to live out their faith with divine purpose and confidence in today’s noisy world, when God whispers. Spirit lead hearts and minds to proactively go out and make heaven crowded!

Purpose
The High School Youth Leader Program exists to form disciples who lead, not just teens who help.

HS Youth Leaders are invited to:
  • Grow personally in relationship with Christ
  • Learn how to lead peers with humility and courage
  • Practice servant leadership within the youth ministry
  • Discern how God may be calling them to lead in the Church and world
Youth Leaders is about stewardship of influence.

Leadership Model
HS Youth Leaders lead by:
  • Presence – showing up consistently
  • Example – living faith authentically
  • Service – putting others first
  • Courage – choosing what is right, even when hard
Youth leaders are not expected to be perfect. They are expected to be available, teachable, and faithful.
