Sacramental Emergency

A sacramental emergency is an immediate need for the sacraments such as an individual being in the danger of dying. This can also apply to individuals in need of sacraments who cannot otherwise request it themselves, such as an infant needing an emergency baptism or last rites for someone with dementia.
