Natural Family Planning (NFP)

The Center For The New Evangelization Website will give you a list of NFP classes & teachers available in a broader geographic area.  It will have contact information for whichever class you choose to schedule.

You will learn how to use NFP from certified teachers who are also Catholic. Many offer instruction via the internet, as well as on-site.

1. Onsite NFP Classes with Kent & Heather Borchers
   Join Kent and Heather Borchers for Natural Family Planning classes at St. Remy’s Parish Center, from 7:00–9:00 p.m.

2. FEMM NFP Class with Cassie Subler 

Dates: March 12, April 9, and May 7, 2026

Time: 6:30-8:00pm

Event Address:  326 N. Main St. Minster, OH 45865 (Thrive Feeding & Lactation) **Virtual option available.**

Cost: $75 total per couple or $50 for women attending independently

We will discuss the female cycle as a vital sign of women's health and learn how to cooperate with God's design for the reproductive system throughout every season of life. The three-part series will cover the following topics:

Class 1 (FEMM and Your Health): Learn how hormones influence your health and how to chart your hormonal activity

Class 2 (FEMM Expert): Learn to identify health patterns or health problems

Class 3 (FEMM Family Planning): Learn to cooperate with God's design for male and female reproductive physiology to achieve or avoid pregnancy.
