Reconciliation

"If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven; if you retain the sins of any, they are retained" (John 20:23)

The Gift of Reconciliation

The Sacrament of Reconciliation is more than freedom from sin—it calls us to extend the same mercy and forgiveness to others. In this grace-filled moment, we experience the truth of St. Francis’ words: “It is in pardoning that we are pardoned.”

Jesus entrusted this ministry to the Church as a gift for all who seek healing after Baptism. Through Confession, we repent, renew our friendship with God, and receive His absolution. It is a sacred encounter where we humbly acknowledge our sins and are reconciled with God and His Church.
