The present church building in Bradford was constructed in 1904, originally serving as a mission of St. Mary’s Church in Piqua. In 1905, priests from Tipp City began administering the parish, continuing its spiritual growth. Later, in 1946, pastoral care transitioned to priests from St. Remy in Russia, Ohio, who served the community faithfully until 1969, when Immaculate Conception officially became a parish.Over the decades, the parish remained a cornerstone of Catholic life in the area. In 2013, under the leadership of Father James Simons, Immaculate Conception joined a regional grouping that includes Holy Family in Frenchtown and St. Denis in Versailles, strengthening its connection to neighboring faith communities.
