Where is my child supposed to go for religion?

Grades Pre/K & Kindergarten: Students report to the Loretto House using the entrance by the playground.
Grades 1–9: Students go directly to their classrooms in the school building. 1st-4th are upstairs. 5th-9th are downstairs.
Grades 10-12: Students meet in the upstairs at the Loretto House near the playground.

Students go to classrooms for attendance, then as a class they walk over for Adoration & Benediction, and then back to classroom for instruction until 7:30pm.

Where is my child supposed to report to on the first night of class?

They should come directly into the school and down stairs to the cafeteria accompanied by at least one parent for a brief meeting.

When and how will I receive notification of any changes to the schedule?

My child rides home with someone other than a parent. Do I need to tell someone that?

If your child should be dismissed to someone other than a parent, please send a written note with your student to class, or reach out to your student’s teacher directly with this information.

Do I need to inform someone if my child has to miss a night of religion class?

How is the fee I pay for my students to attend CCD used?

Student Fees go towards Book costs, Teacher Pay and Building Costs (electric, heating/air).

How do I sign my child up for Religious Education class?

Sign up is required as well as medical/permission forms. Go to the top of this page and find the 'Register Your Children' to access the online registration form. You may also sign up in person.

When can I sign my child up for class?

Sign-ups are open starting May 1st.

I may be interested in teaching religion or volunteering in the classroom or other events. How do I do that?

We LOVE to have volunteers and are often looking to fill teacher positions. You can submit an online form with your interest in joining our team of Catechists from the Family of Parish Religious Education Home Page.
